On the morning of June 23, 2025, at the KN Paradise Resort and Entertainment Complex – Bai Dai, Cam Nghia Ward, Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam Industrial Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VINAINCON) solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of Zone 3.3 – Morocco – Parasol Sub-area – Song Town Sub-area with a contract value of over 500 billion.

The ceremony took place in a solemn and exciting atmosphere with the presence of the Investor, partners, consultants, VINAINCON employees and invited guests who are individuals and organizations that have accompanied VINAINCON since the early days of implementing other bid packages of the Project.

Area 3.3 – Morocco – Parasol Sub-area – Song Town Sub-area is one of the key items in the overall KN Paradise Project – a large-scale resort and entertainment complex, oriented to become an international destination in the South Central region. The project owns a prime location, modern planning, with an architectural style that blends traditional and contemporary, promising to contribute to changing the face of Cam Ranh coastal urban area, promoting the strong development of local tourism economy.

As the main contractor for construction, Vinaincon affirms the capacity of the Corporation through a series of large and small-scale projects across the country, especially in the field of industrial, civil and infrastructure construction. This project is a testament to the trust of the investor and Vinaincon's commitment to ensuring Quality - Progress - Safety - Construction efficiency.
