On 19th November, 2014, Mr. Hoang Chi Cuong, General Director of Vinaincon and Mr. Yoo Pil-Sang, Vice President of Samsung Cheil Industries signed an Memorandum of Understanding for business cooperation at Vinaincon’s head office.
Samsung Cheil Industries (once known as Samsung Everland) is an affiliate of Samsung Group and one of bid name in the textile sector in Korea. Since the 1980s, the company has expanded its business areas into fashion, chemicals and electronic chemical materials.
In 2014, the company became the main contractor of Ilshin Textile Factory Project in Tay Ninh province of Vietnam and Vinaincon works as the local sub-contractor for construction, fabrication and installation. The total value of the works is VND300 billion. The leaders of both companies committed to cooperate in small and medium-scaled projects in December 2014 and early 2015.
